Evening all,

Seeing as i am new to PH i thought i would get my foot in the door with a few pictures of the current weapon of choice.

BMW E46 M3 in estoril blue with just over 45k on the clock. Nothing 'extreme' planned as of yet although i'm still toying with ideas.

So far:
Privacy glass and private plate
Custom stainless exhaust (standard cats)
CCFL angel eyes
Carbonio CF air intake - useless so i'll be going back to my standard airbox with a high flow filter.
Satin black projector fog lights.

Here to fit:
Goodridge braided hoses
DOT 5.1 brake fluid
Ferodo DS2500 brake pads
Service items (castrol TWS 10w60, Royal purple gearbox and diff oil, NGK plugs etc etc)

Bits to buy:
ACS pedals and front strutt brace
Front carbon splitter and rear diffuser
DPE 20" alloys
Coilovers (unsure on brand)
Vorsteiner bonnet
Carbon CSL rear boot lid

Hope to make some PH meets soon, i was at Wilton house today which was exceptional and Le Mans 2008, which needs no introduction!

Looks a nice car - don't ruin it by fitting 20" wheels.

Thanks guys.

Mildly anal, but the detail was done by a friend of mine. Aslong as i can see the paint i'm generally content!

+1

I'd leave the mods alone beyond what you have done.

Any chance of a youtube link to the exhaust, and an idea on cost.

Dont fit 20" wheels and get rid of the drug dealer tints and job's a good un. You dont see many of these in estorial. Looks nice as it stands now.

Lovely.

What the hell is all that white stuff on it? Looks like a flock of seagulls, with a serious case of the sts, flew over your car.
Presumably part of the cleaning process but it seems to work well. What is it?

Nice motor and sounds lovely. Me and a mate of mine were in front of you in my 328i sport on sat near the litten tree in town, i had to pull over to get a good listen to the exhaust. I say stick with the oem rims or CSL's.

Thats a lovely car you have there hoever....I have an idea.

As well as putting the csl bootlid on it and putting pointless 20" wheels on it why not stick some v8 and m logo badges all over it possibly across the top of the windscreen as well. It would look well...............

st!

I dont know why people want to fk cars up like that.Keep the oem wheels or if you simply must change them put cup rims on. Take the drug dealer tints off and it would look fantastic. The only other mod that would look ok i think would be the cf splitter at the rear.

It's snow foam. You can buy a snow foam lance to attach to a pressure washer from people on detailing world. In fact, ask Luckyluciano where he got his at the next meet - he's got one.

The wheel choice seemed really popular =) Everyone seems to buy CSL and CSL replica wheels, i had them on my 330 so i wanted a different 'street' look to the M3.

They are infact 19inch not 20, DPE s20's in black with a blue pinstripe lip, just an idea anyway!

Thanks for the comments

Car looks very nice, i bet there is a clean thread on detailing world regards it, looks exceptionally clean.

Have you photoshopped the wheels onto the car, i think they may well suit it.

Hi Carl,

No i haven't photoshopped the wheels onto the car as of yet. I think they would be a nice addition. Shame i can't find anywhere with them locally for a cheeky test fit wink
