Al, what a fine selection of vehicles you have... the same as me in fact! My M5 is an older E34 and my R1 an older 2001 model.

Indeed a damn good choice of vehicles, very similar to mine, I have a R1 and a M3.

I want an M5 badly, but a 528 costs enough to run already...

One day I will, one day, at the moment I'm just happy with having an E39 in my life as they are fantastic cars whatever engine they have under the bonnet. If I had an M5 I would need a second cheaper car like an old Fiesta or whatever to run around in as I couldn't live with the running costs day to day of that lovely V8 biggrin

I'll let you into a secret, i also have a daily runner which makes ownership cheaper and also makes the M5 feel more special when i do use it.

All I need now is the money to buy a decent one biggrin I can possibly see myself in it in about two years, so here's hoping :-)
