Last week I purchased my 21st birthday present to myself this TVR Tuscan and so far I'm really pleased with it, it's got so much more performance than my old Porsche and I think a lot better looking too. But it is taking me a while to get used to the amount of attention it seems to attract.

The car does need a bit of a polish but hopefully I will get around to that soon to make it look even better.

The best part of it has to be the noise it makes I reckon truly amazing.

Here's some pictures of it

Thanks everyone and yes so far the insurance has been worth every penny.

I spent on and off 5 hours driving it yesterday and have a lot of aches and pains now but it was worth it.

Yes it has the cream and blue interior which I quite like I thought it might be a bit dull with dark blue leather.

No it doesn't start with a 1 it's more than that sadly.

Fine I'll ask. How does a 21 year old afford to buy and run a Tuscan?

If he left school at 16 (or maybe even 18, tbf) and has worked for the last 3/5 years, I don't see why he wouldn't have the 10-15K needed for a Tuscan really!

Very, very nice car cloud9

With money, like most people.

Why does this matter?

Have to admit jealous as hell! But you've obviously worked very hard for it and it's a beautifull example. Don't let anyone put you off with "how much do you earn" comments. Go out and enjoy it! thumbup

Thanks everyone I am enjoying the car very much. I spent much of yesterday polishing it, unusually my brother helped too.
