dont know much about the 944's do like the shape of them but what engines where fitted
Mines is a 2.5 8 valve n/a which is the original 944 engine about 160bhp but you can get 2.5 16 valve, 2.5 turbo, 2.7 or 3.0 (later S2 model).car.chic said:
After over a year of not having a Porsche, I've bought one
1986, 2.5 lux, manual in gold (Kalahari) with brown pinstripe interior, very rare fondmetal 16" alloy wheels.
I must say that is a lovely car and after seeing that you have convinced me even more about buying a 924.1986, 2.5 lux, manual in gold (Kalahari) with brown pinstripe interior, very rare fondmetal 16" alloy wheels.

I must say though what is the difference between the 924 and 944 ?
Also if you ever think about selling those alloys let me know as i must say they are lovely !

How long have we got?
Have a look here:

Must admit that is one gorgeous motor; I had a 944 for four years, regretted selling it the moment I had done it and still do. Now after a few years of front-wheel-drive barges (not by choice, I'm a driving instructor) I've bought an MX-5 while I save up for a Boxster, so I'm sort of getting there. At least the driven wheels are at the right end even if the engine isn't.

That is awesome! Now get those wheels polished!
Glad you like!! Wheels could actually do with a good polish, I'm going to give the car a good wash at the weekend and will do wheels - post up an improvement, hopefully!! Gassing Station | Readers' Cars | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
