ALways wanted one of these years ago, but never got it, another car I missed out on. Any pics of the interior, I used to love the interiors but dont know now if I was right or wrong as it was a long time ago since I have seen one up close!

Nice

Sorry, this is the only picture of the interior that I have frown

Interior isn't quite standard:
-red carpet
-CTR gear knob
-momo steering wheel
-Mugen pedals
-stty Headunit and door speakers

Also, my seats have seen better days, ideally I'd like to get hold of some recaros...similar to these:

Love it!

Was mooching around one of these the other day.

Am trying to decide between one of these and a 205 for me next car.

I was set on a 205 but that's just set my mind off racing again. Bugger.

I know the feeling! But mine isn't THAT standard:

-Mugen rear spoiler
-Poly urethrene J's Racing lip
-Interior mods as stated above
-Rota wheels
-Tein coilovers
-Tanabe backbox
-Jasma Exhaust
-Megan strut Braces (Front upper, Rear upper, Rear lower)

Plus all the JDM stuff it came with... hehe

-PAS
-Aircon
-LSD
-Electric foldy wing mirrors
-JDM only colour (Flint Black wink)

I do have a huuuuuuge list of stuff that I want to buy for it, but I won't clog up this thread with my dreams cloud9

My choice is going to be kind of biased wink Have you ever been out in a car with VTEC? If not then that'll be sure to swing your opinion smile

God yes, most of my car mates worked for Honda. Everything from a civic type-r EK9, a teg type-r, an SiR CRX and an ATR.

It is a cracking engine and i love the 2 charecteristics of it.

But i used to own a 205 Mi16 so i'm a touch biased too biggrin

What's it like day to day, is it heavy on fuel or fine as long as you keep them off the 'tec?

Hehe, well if you know what VTEC is like then what the hell are you waiting for?? hehe

Fuelwise, it's pretty good off 'tec. I'd say anywhere between 30-35mpg
On 'tec can be anywhere between 15 and 20mpg yikes

Since this is a CRX thread I'll fire another quick question at you.

The 1.5 SiR(?) version of these that shoes up every now and again. Obviously it's a jap import so comes with JDM goodies etc but how does it compare to the VTEC? Which is better and what are the various merits of each?

I used to have a 1.6 16i Civic so am familiar wit how fun these are..

I thought the 1.5 was only the Mk1.

My mate used to own a cracking white over grey Mk1 1.5 12v.

Was surprisingly quick for what it was.
