cheers lads, I've been lurking here for the past couple of weeks and viewing some of the funniest, coolest and informative threads I've seen.

also, there is some subtle touches going on with this car. Its being resprayed in the same colour, some cosmetic rust will be tidied up, the m-tech skirts were stolen off it so replacements are on the list, also, just a cleaner (and meaner) exhaust and then all will be sweet biggrin

As was I, a sky blue one, but it soon broke so i bought a MkII Golf Driver.

Very nice car, nice to see a genuine 318, rather than FunnyImpreza's definition of a 318.

I think subtlety is the key..

I Have the privelige of a cushy well paying job, and being able to avoid living costs of the student by living at home, so I guess I'm lucky in the sense I was able to get it blabla

and over the last little 4 cylinder, this has a bit more poke biggrin

and it wont be subtle for long....the fuzz won't like to see such a youg person behind the wheel of such a sporty looking car

Personally, i'd not bother with the exhaust as it's not my cup of tea.

I'm pleased that the changes are subtle...just how we like it smile
