You put up three photos of a mondeo and one of a lamborghini?
Does your brother in law really own that car? Does he have a pot of custard lying around?

Besides, I drive a mondeo and love it. Never breaks down and is comfortable enough and surprising entertaining to drive, so you gets my vote... wink

Beautiful Mondeo mate, always been my dream car and to see one in that colour it just looks brilliant. You must enjoy taking that out at the weekends for a blast in the country!

Got any work planned on it, I had a friend who boosted his by 5bhp by putting a new air filter on, sounded like a rocket ship afterwards.

Pah!!

My '95 150k mile Honda Aerodeck auto with its straight through exhaust, steel wheels and ebay induction kit, is way more boring than that, so much so that I don't even have a pic of it.

Its so boring, it never, ever, lets me down. I swear that if this world were to explode, one of the intact bits would be my Aerodeck driving around Saturn's rings in the outside lane holding everyone else up!!!

When we refer to it, Michelle puts on her genuine Bognor accent and refers to it as my bleedin' 'onda!! laugh

Joe - I can't decide whether or not this is nicely judged sarcasm or horrifying sincerity ?

Please elaborate.

It's not nicely judged sarcasm....it's finely tuned and perfectly executed sarcasm of the very highest order.

Having said that part of me wishes it were true as, if so, I'd be able to go out today and buy my "dream car" for a few hundred quid (instead of waiting 20 odd years to afford a Diablo/aston etc)

My 'beef' is with the fact that someone has taken the trouble to post some pictures of their car, and someone with, suprise suprise, no cars listed in their profile, has taken it upon them to ridicule their car with some piss poor sarcasm. We can't all drive Enzo's can we?

Hmm well yes when you put it like that - fair enough.

Mr Frankland, if you haven't gone off in the huff, sorry. Nowt wrong with a Mondeo.
