I noticed that someone has done a decent write-up on the Prelude a few pages back, so I won't waffle on too much.

Anyway, a little bit of background on them..

The Honda Prelude has had five incantations over its lifespan which finished production in 2001, with the most popular ones being the 3rd, 4th & 5th Generations.
The high revving, naturally aspirated 2.2L VTEC engine found in the 4th & 5th Generation H22 model’s is a real gem. With over 197bhp as standard in the JDM models (185bhp in the UK model), and Honda’s bullet-proof reliability to boot, it is a popular weapon of choice for many track day enthusiasts. With double wishbone suspension all round, optional LSD gearboxes (import only) and a 60/40% weight distribution, the Prelude is a real B-road terror, not unlike its little brother the Honda Integra.

For my own car, I went down the route of a 12:1 compression N/A engine rebuild, which has netted a 209whp power output, which revs reliably well over 8000rpm.

Here's the spec:

1993 JDM Honda Prelude 2.2L VTEC in Milano Red, with optional LSD gearbox & traction control.

I hate the number plates.. and I really don't like how the bits between the lights have been painted red as it makes it look odd frown

Other than that it look great biggrin
