Thats a nice looking car, sounds great on the video as well.
Always surprises me how basic the bare chassis looks with no body on it on these type of cars.

Fantastic looking and sounding. I can't wait for the summer when we'll be getting our Marcos out for a couple of months. Imagine yours is an awful lot faster though with the v8 as ours only runs the puny v4.

Nice cars. My dad's brother has a spyder and it looks and goes wonderfully.

Good effort on the restoration too, very thorough.

Got very fond memories of Marcos. My dad started off with a 2.0L Martina when I was about 10, had a 4 speed gearbox and wasn't really upto the job! He then moved onto a 4.0L V8 Mantara which was getting there. Last one he owned was a 5.0L LM500, in fact the one Marcos used for the brochure (green LM500 with a blue Mantara in the background). The LM was an absolute beast, I always remember him starting it up in the morning (he used it as a daily driver eek ), the whole house would vibrate, what a noise that thing made.

Loving yours, good luck with the rebuild! Oh and sounds real nice as well on that video.
