I thought it was about time I treated myself to the car I have always dreamt of owning. Every since I was knee-high I have wanted one of these, but it has taken me until now to find one.

To me, this is the pinnacle of italian design. It really doesn't get much better than this in my world....the styling, sleek black vinyl interior, aircooled engine and 4 speed box. I just love it.

This isn't the actually picture of mine as it's currently being transporter to me, but here's what I've bought.

A 1977 Fiat 133

Restoration is going to cost me in excess of £15k I'd imagine.

Full respray, all stainless steel bolts, single 40 downdraught, magnesium minilites, coil overs, possibly a blower- but we'll see, it's already 25bhp and I don't want to melt the internals of what is essentially a sweet engine.

Comments appreciated.
