Loving it... whats the engine in it???

Looks a bit worse for wear, the rest of it look pristine.

Would love one but would be tempted to put a conversion in it and may get flamed for it.

Hi,
The engine is the original Renault unit. It does need some detailing but runs perfectly for an engine that is 38 years old!! I've had a few problems and have had the alternator, water pump, fuel line replaced and had the windscreen resealed. I need to sort out the engine bay out at some point but just enjoying driving it at the moment!
