I didn't get a picture but I had a 2.0 mk Mondeo for a couple of months this year. £200.

I bought a 1993 Vauxhall Cavalier 1.8 LS last week with 56k genuine miles on it. Feels brand new. £500.

180k miles, full history, 12 months T&T, 4 new tyres, 2.0l 5cyl Auto, no rust, working a/c, all electrics work!

Thats what you call a barge bargain, bought it a fortnight ago, not fast but drives really well, nearly 30mpg too! biggrin

Hi,

I owned a Porsche 924 for just over a year. I brought it for £200, with tax and mot. When I brought it the front shocks were knackered, the exhaust had fallen off, it was only running on 3 cylinders and it looked like a bin inside.

After a some work though it ended up as a usable, cheap, neat handling classic car.

I really think they are under rated cars.

Nice one but how much did you spend (time and money) bringing it up to a satisfactory standard?

i got a £200 1995 civic,1.4i elec windows/mirrors/sunroof, rust issues but didnt cost a penny for its mot last month. currently on ebay as i have no need for it now.

hi,
i will shortly be selling my 1994 MK3 VW Polo is anyone is interested.
It has a 1043cc engine so is cheap to run, tax and insure.
I am not sure o the price yet because i dont know weither it will pass an mot but here is some info:
86,981 miles
3 door coupe (not the one that looks likea box at the back )
No rust
I will be selling the car with a haynes manual nd there is a very rare VW wheel changing kit in the boot which comes with its own little jack !!
