After the plentiful 'show us your' threads...

First car, it had a plentiful 800cc 3 pot power plant and Vmaxed at 89mph

I've been working for abit now and although I bought it from new, I promptly began modifying it.

In it's best guise...

I got carried away, plenty ICE and some 18's thrown in for good measure...

I promptly sold it and bought this..

Got worried about MPG and traded it in for this...

The lift off over steer was fun, but I miss my turbo and got this..

Started my own business and needed some money to get it off the ground so I traded down to this beauty...

Drove the 306 for a year and finally got behind the wheel of this..

Don't ask why..?

It was good fun, ended up with circa 380bhp but the engine went pop and I lost heart...

I loved this car, still don't know why I sold it, still can't get over the improvement vs the STI!

Bought a bigger house and traded down again...

Managed to get back into Evo ownership for abit..

Sold that and bought a Clio V6 255 but sold it so quick I don't think I have any photo's...

Needed something practical as I was doing mega miles now...

Did 50k miles in 6 months and got this... Was a great car (525d)..

Ran this alongside the 525d, was only 135 horse but it went like stink..

Sold them both and bought a 535d tourer MSport, did the DMS treatment but auto box was dull (will need to find pic's)..

My current rides..

Don't think I'll ever sell it!

Currently in bit's undergoing tackcar prep...

And the work hack..

Well bear in mind i was 19 THIS JANUARY i have had a lot of cars currently on number 14 !! i havnt bent one of them i just get bored rather quickly .

1st Car - Mitsubishi Colt CJ 1999 'v' reg 1.6 16v

I then swapped it for

2nd Car - Fiat Punto Mk2 1.2 16v sporting 2001 'y' reg

I then swapped that for this

3rd Car - Mercedes C200 2.0 MANUAL 1997 'P' reg
got it like this

turned it to this

I then swapped the Merc for

4th Car - BMW 316i coupe automatic (worst car ever)1996 'M' reg

I blew the engine in this car and couldnt afford to replace it so split it for parts and bought a run around

5th car - Vauxhall Nova 1.2 8v (slow but was fun to drive)1992 'K' reg
was the boring blue colour before but i sprayed it by hand chrome/silver and added old skool bodykit

that had mot 2mnths after i got it and it failed on nearly everything so that went to car heaven.

I then borrowed my mums car from her for a small while til i found something a bit different .

Her DIESEL escort saloon was next

6th car - Ford Escort MK6 saloon 1.8TD 1995 'N' reg

Then sold that one day before she got home from work (needless to say she wasnt happy)

I then bought this after a few weeks with no car.

7th car - Ford Escort Mk5 Estate A.K.A : The Racing Bus . had a 2.0zetec engine. 1994 'L' reg

I blew the headgasket on this car and got offered a focus with the same engine fitted only i didnt have 2 repair escort as the guy wanted a project biggrin

8th car - Ford Focus 2.0 1999 'V' Reg

Then swapped focus for

9th car - BMW 316i saloon -had the 1.9 engine from factory smile 1994 'M' reg

Then swapped for

10th car - Mitsubish colt CA 1.6 16v 1993 'L' reg

the bonnet flew open on this and wrote the car off as bent the roof shape frown

11th car - Volvo 360GLT with a 2.3 engine and welded diff. 1985 'B' reg

this blew up after a day of abuse so sold that to a mate as a project

12th car - Mini cooper 1969 ' _ G ' Reg

sold this to my uncle and bought

13th car - Peugeot 306 1.8 1996

I then swapped that for my current car

14th car - Mercedes C180 Manual which im turning into a POLIZEI replica smile

Mines pretty short (but sweet) I'm afraid. I'm 22 going on 23 and I've had 4 cars (not including the shagged mk2 golf gti I owned for a week while me and a mate stripped it for parts!)

First car: Family owned from new Golf 1.4. Was my Aunt's car, then my Mum's car, then mine! Kept for 4 years, sold to a work friend, would happily buy back!

Second car: bit of a step up from the golf! Family discount enabled much fun as soon as I turned 21. Kept for 9 months

Third car: more of a lateral move this time! Again, kept for 10 months or so!

Fourth and current car: Had it for just over a week now, and loving RWD!

peanutjb - quick question mate, who did you insure the ST with? Same age considering changing (no family discount with Ford any longer, but they seem reasonable second hand) to one this year?
