ETA- Page 2 has the better pictures on itbiggrin

Well more of a retarded 3 legged donkey, but hey, I like ithehe

Seems to go well enough- someone has scibbled on a service document it's been chipped up to 250bhp.

It has the stainless exhaust, a cone filter & the dreaded atmospheric Bailey DV. (Although it's good for scaring small dogs & granies withhehe)

But in all honesty I can't say it's much faster than the last one- although is a lot more 'laggy' i'd say it's most deffinatly been fiddled with, but not in a good way. I much preferred the smoother drive of the standard car.

Have to say, it's deffinatly liking the colder temps we're having at the minutebiggrin

Not much has broken on it as of yet.

Apart from the wiper linkage which i'm trying to source at the minute.

I'm not a big fan of the exhaust either & it's melted most of the plastic surrounding itfrown

Hope you like

Nice motor!

I remember the first time I saw one of these was in the Middle East in the mid nineties. I thought it was an awesome looking thing, especially the painted dash strip.

The Italians certainly have that 'something' when it comes to styling.
Very underated car, looks a nice example.

Excellent, I paid £1000 & I spent a further £400 getting the cambelt & waterpump done & about a further £100 on some decent cleaing products & a wheel refurbbiggrin

Bit of a credit crunch bargain to say the least!

Seems to be that owners tend to get rid just before the cambelt needs doing, so they can be picked up cheaply- but will need a fair bit spending on them to keep them from the crusher

16 or 20V? I can squeeze a 16V under my Pandas bonnet. It'll be nice in a car that the owner isn't affraid of scratching. That was the only problem with the Coupe'; it looks too good, the Barcetta is worse still and they never put the steering wheel on the correct side. 20V Barcetta that should urinate over the S2000/MX5 brigade. Anyway back to your Coupe's engine I have a nice Hillclimb prep'd 205 2.1 if you fancy something with less tin than a chavs stella stack. ;-)

It is a 20vt, loving the sound of a Panda with 16vt power though- I have read your threadbiggrin

Although, a 2.1 HC prepped gti sounds good- it's not really the right time for me at the momentfrown
Post up some pictures of it though- I'd love to see that in this section.
