Hello there I just want to say Im new to the site and give me a warm welcome please smile
I bought this car out of my own money when I was 19. Insurance was a killer but o well.
It is number 560 out of 835

I am 20 now and loving it
It is lowered 30mm to the standard vxr 70mm ( normall astra H ) on DAP - Race springs
It is Stage 3 ( remapped bigger intercooler, uprated actulator )
It has a Limited Slip diff.
It will get a 1.9 cdti conversion kit which is ordered waiting from samco to hurry up on this.
It has a Rear Anti Roll Bar.
It has a uprated thermostat
It has had the SMD conversion LEDs where orange now blue.
Its running 296 Bhp but after a few weeks 310+ I am hoping.
here it is

What is the cdti conversion kit?

And with all due respect, the front of it looks terrible. What have you done there?

Looks like some sort of Irmscher de-badged grille.

Tidy car!

Front end does look a bit odd, though.

Not to be harsh but you have wrecked a good looking car by sticking the tat on the front and rear, performance wise though thumbup

I just dont like 835 being the same if you get me. I want to be different. as for lights I hate the normall astra so only way was to tint them I know chavy but only way.
and the grill I dont like it but there isnt many that fit. or even look right. so I used that.
I like the eyebrows but each to own

Future mods are stage 4 with GT30 Garrett which would make it between 400-460 bhp. on front wheel drive. its nuts. but I love it. 1st im backing up the internals better to be safe than sorry

What is a "Burg", do you mean Nürburgring, if so how about less of the chav speak?

Please don't start that bullst on here it's not welcome, modified cars can't be compared like that, or maybe I should go buy a 500+ bhp scooby and see how well you then do then, eh?

PS. it's a user on here called DXB335d that you need to arrange you're drag race with, you'll love each other.

I dont think that was needed... He could be overtaking scoobys if hes running around 300bhp, far lower transmition losses etc

I'm willing to bet that Scoobys are far easier to tune. wink

Anyway, we sort of know this guy as we invaded the VXR forum.
