Got my new toy just before Xmas, but just joined up here and thought I'd share it with you guys/gals smile

She's more of less standard at present, so far it's had the EGR removed and some light guards put on the rear lights (As one kept falling out and disappearing). Bit grubby in the pics as I only washed it for the first time the other day, and haven't taken any pictures of it clean yet!

Planned to come:
  • Bigger Intercooler (Bought, not fitted)
  • Silicone Turbo & Coolant Hoses
  • Turbo Boost Box
  • Chipping the ECU
  • Stainless Steel Exhaust
  • 18" Road Alloys
  • Replace remaining road tyres on the 16" Alloys with A/T profile.
  • A-Bar on front
  • Driving Lights & Kit (Bought, not fitted)
  • Reversing Camera & Rear view Screen
  • US style reciever hitch.
  • Fog Lamps on the front
  • Saudi Style Grille
  • Power fold mirros
  • Snorkel
  • Discreet Winch Mount
  • Winch + Plasma Rope
  • Heated Seats
  • Leather Seats
  • Heated Windscreen
  • Read Door Sub (Purchased the bits, needs hooking up)
As you can see from the pic of my old truck, I've had a lot of mods done to that one!

Aye, this one's a 99 TD5 Auto, not as tuneable as the manual (will only go to 175bhp I believe, though I'm looking into a stronger torque converter), but a hell of a lot nicer to drive round town smile

Plasma is a synthetic rope product which has strength comparable to wire rope, at the advantage of lower weight and it's slightly safer for use (less energy stored in the rope IIRC so if it breaks it just goes slack, rather than whipping round as wire is prone to.
