Hi all. Been a member on here for a fairly long time, but no posted in ages. Anyway, as a recap, i'm Jon, 23 years old, live in Bournemouth, and now drive an E60 M5 in Silverstone Metallic II.

Used to have an E46 325i Sport Saloon in Estoril Blue, but neeeded a change, and NEEDED M POWER!!

Here are some pics! Hopefully be attending the South Coast meet in February, so may see some of you there!

Insurance must be extortionate for you surely???

Wow, nice car, especially for a 23 year old! Insurance must be a killer though! Love those M5s. Out of interest, what made you choose the M5? Normally younger people go for smaller cars.....! Congratulations all the same!

Lovely! I do love the E60 (my dad has a lowly 523i, but even that's awesome), so the M5 must be a fantastic drive! What do you do to be able to afford a £32k car at 19?! Nicely done anyway!

Hi mate - stonking motor for a 23 year old. Unfortunately nowhere near the stage where I can start spending that amount on a car but congrats, you must be really proud. I need to ask and Im sorry for being nosy but what do you do with yourself work wise? Maybe i need a change of career :P

Ive just bought a new one, will go out now and post some pics, wish it was one of those though!

Congrats and kind of welcome, although you've been here longer than me.

Awesome car for a 23-year old - love that last picture.

Out of interest, how come you went for it over a M3?

Insurance will only be about £3500 a year, no problem if you can afford to live in Bournmouth.

Thanks everyone. The insurance isn't too bad. Just over £3k per year fully comp with 3 points. I went for the M5 as i like my saloons, and i LOVE the V10, so it was an easy choice over the M3 etc. Not a fan of the AMG's, personal taste etc accounts for that. Admittedly they're great cars, but just not my cuppa tea!!

As for how... Property investment company. Brother set the company up around 2 years ago, and we are now one of the market leaders in property investment. Mainly though, i am just good with money, and made some good choices in my time of working since leaving school at 16.

So if anyone wants to invest some money, you know where to come!! In all seriousness though, if anyone is actually interested in investments in properties worldwide, then PM me. Be happy to help!!

Lovely M5 you have there. Insurance will get MUCH easier when you hit 25. I'm 25 myself and my E92 M3 is £1,100.00 p/year and my E46 M3 £980.00. Can't beleive I was paying £4k to insure £500.00 bucks worth of Fiat Uno when I first passed my test at 17!!

Ps. You need to make to best of the dorset country roads. Used to live in Dorchester and loved the roads out by the Cerne Giant. Could get lost in them for hours on end biggrin
