My bargain Peugeot 106 GTI
Discussion
Bought this slightly cosmetically challenged 106 GTI for half a bag of sand earlier on in the year. With another £200 odd spending on it I've managed to get it looking from this:
To this:
Really pleased with the car, it goes well, handles even better and is great fun to drive. Bargain hot hatch motoring at it's best really

Without being rude the only difference from the before and after seems to be the £40 bonnet
Other than that you got it for a bargain price, and as you say they are great fun to drive quickly
It's actually had bonnet, slam panel, two headlights, a new clutch and an MOT test which thankfully it passed. The panels were off a white 106 so I sprayed them with rattle cans from Halfords which ended up costing me £20 as well Other than that you got it for a bargain price, and as you say they are great fun to drive quickly

Nice one What's the paint quality like on the new panels though? Must have been quite hard to get a good finish with only halfords rattle cans.Baffled Spoon said:
