Did you win it on ebay or did you do it the old fashioned way? wink

I pressed "Buy it Now" when a bidding war threatened.

It has a fresh cambelt and idlers, new ATF and ancillary transmission fluids(c. £700 at specialist indy), near new tyres, a spare set of 17" wheels with good tyres, original JDM satnav/stereo to go back where the double DIN unit is, great numberplate...

I'll probably want to source a standard induction kit ASAP and perhaps a replacement for the cracked/rattly engine cover.

Not sure I'll sleep between now and collection... redface

Nice work, especially including the plate. All you need is a Labrador to scare to death in the back! hehe

Not sure about the flat lab, but I think I've sourced a standard induction kit. smile

Most seem to be advertised at "due a cambelt"miles with no mention of it having been done - it's a £500+ job.

Club VR4 has a wealth of info and a friendly and helpful forum.

No, it's replacing the shared W124 estate that died in an October hail storm^H^H^H^Hhower in the highlands.

The E220 was a fine car but it got a bit wheezy in the high Alps, so the opportunity to upgrunt is not entirely unwelcome. Bizarrely the insurance, with a slightly re-jigged syndicate including a known estate killer, is less. confused

The B10 is mine, all mine! The B10 stays. biggrin

Good buy Fluffnik, have you searched through CVR4, this car has been talked about a bit in the past. New-Era originally imported it if I recall, a search through their site should show up past sales.

I've got the NewEra pdf advert from when it was first imported, and found a fair bit about it on CVR4 - it's quite a distinctive car. smile

ETA: This guy WildCards seems to have been stalking it for years... wink
