Couple of pics of my 205 and my golf

It started off like this as a bog standard 1.9 gti, then used it as a daily driver to get me to and from uni for a year where it was faultless.

Then bought this

Then after lots of time and money and a lot less practicality than when I first had it!

A quick vid of my 205

Well nothing amazing really

2.0 8v XU10c2jte turbo engine from a xanita activa
Home-made 2.5" straight through exhaust with single Jetex box
Sierra Cosworth Intercooler and 2.5" inlet piping
Running approx 1 Bar of boost
Not been on a rolling road but approx 200bhp and 240lb/ft torque! Its quick enough anyway

All new front wishbones/bushes/droplinks etc..
GAZ fully adjustable coilovers with rear dropped 1 spline
Sparco seats
Sabelt 4 Point harnesses
OMP cage

And loads of other little things here and there really

You find me somewhere to put the intercooler and I'll be the first to put the grill back in place!!

Is the intercooler liable to damage without anything in front of it?

Looks a bit similar to my old track car with the black wheels and body:

Good example!

But give the trim some rub love to put the colour back in! And put the front grill back in..

Then it will look spot on!

By the looks of things the front grill won't fit due to the intercooler.
