About time i got round to posting on here, many of you have some really lovely machines, and I can only dream of ever owning something like them.

But for now, this is my second car, coming out of the garage on nice weekends and any decent day i'm off.

Always loved the Mk2's, not everyones favourite car I know, but each to their own.

Hope a few of you agree with me on mine.

Stunning.

But are those wheels real?

The colour is 'Aurora', a Purple metallic from the Vauxhall range.

It is fitted with full Recaro leather interior, including the 'fishnet' Recaro front seats as fitted to the rare Champion edition GTE 16v's.

The engine is the C20LET Turbo unit, taken from a Calibra Turbo along with its 6 speed gearbox, which in turn has been fitted with a Quaife ATB LSD.

The wheels are indeed real, they are not available in the correct offset, but these were specially machined by OZ and supplied specifically for this car.

Glad some of you like it, I really do!

Very nice,
my best mate still has his old 'H' reg GTE 16V but its not been used now for over 6 years.

Keep on trying to persuade him to start the work it needs doing and get it out of retirement as its wasted sitting around doing nothing.

So great to see this one looking stunning.

Like it lots.
That was one of the cars I used to want. I remember being in one and thinking the digi dash was like something from star trek. Nice.

Looks great, my dad had a rubbishy 1.3 version when I was ickle and as a result I seem to have developed a soft spot for these, shame there seem to be barely any on the roads these days!
