Yep it is the Transporter bridge. This model didnt come with teledials it had flat dish and they are vile (imho). It looks like its sitting high as I had just had the wheels off for cleaning and she always takes a few miles to settle on the dampers.

Absolutely frigging terrible to be honest. Mind you the s/s exhaust is sounding lovely and that encourages you to rev the 4.7 v8 rev on a bit, (revs go up fuel goes down). Inurance is excellent on limited classic policy £91 a year. Biggest costs are parts because of the badge. But tbh i'm not too worried about that after all its only a toy.

It is for sale at the moment because ive finished restoring it and fancy another project.

Dont its your opinion and your entitled to it, if we all liked the same thing it would be boring. Personally I love em and they look great in the flesh. I fitted them for me to like and not for anyone else.

Nice car, but you seriously need to put smaller wheels on it and lower the ride height. The front splitter is sitting at least 6 inches+ off the ground!

I got them off a guy who had them advertised on the PCGB forum. They are oe Carrera 4 wheels. He changed his for sport designs.

It's good to see a nice example of a 928, there are lots of ropey ones about. The wheels are too big imo, but that is just imo...
