2006 MITSUBISHI EVO 9 IX fq340 BLACK STOLEN

Stolen Sunday night from sheffield train station by a man of polish appererance going by the name of Adam Lerkins (apparently from romford, barking, london).

Mitsubishi fq 340 in black, number 163, EU06AWA, Ralliart stitching to seats, immaculate car only 17000 when stolen and apparently going to London so expect more miles.



Had a gordon lamb tax disc holder and gordon lamb sticker on driverside corner of windscreen.

Small white Ralliart stickers on wiper blades

The X on Evo IX was broken but glued back together where top right arm meets centre.

Slight bit of paint missing from front left (as you look at it) valance (appears purple not black about the size of a twenty pence piece).

Locking wheel nut in glove box wrapped in a yellow carrier bag

Taxed until end of september i think

basically ive been stung for a counterfit bankers draft...or it has been cancelled after he has taken the car. I did all the checks possible on the draft on him etc etc but still got fked over

Well I've not heard anything back from him yet, which was odd as I was expecting the phone to ring the instant i pressed 'send'.

As a warning, bankers drafts are not worth the paper they're written on. So easy to fake and the banks only detect fakes about 3 months later and then remove the funds from your account.

Probably not related, but I did see a Black Evo 9 FQ-340 on the A12 near colchester, heading southbound at about 7:30 last night.

If you've texted the number above then you texted the theif not the owner. It's not clear from the post above, but it is clear in the ebay ad that, that this is the theif's number.
