Thought it was time to show you my steeds.

I bought the st purely for lemans but decided to keep it as it a nice one.
53k ffsh etc,cracking daily driver!

in lemans livery

And this is my toy
Westfield seiw blacktop zetec running on 45 webbers.
Had it on the dyno today and after three runs it made 148bhp atw/174 at fly.
Got some winter upgrades for it(cams/verniers 13"wheels etc)

Flame suit donned,just in casesmile

Oi loikes.

Have been considering an ST200/220 as a daily drive. In place of my Escort TD.
Not sure if the fuel bills will outweigh the fun factor.

Nice Mondeo - I had the estate Ghia X with the same engine, and some engine mods from the previous owner. I bought it as a daily/utility car but I got a lot of enjoyment out of it, despite it having covered 150k miles and being smashed up/repaired at some point.

Which is more economical? I barely got 30mpg from my Mondeo.

I too had a ghia x v6 that i bought for lemans, spent loads on stickering it up
then the autobox started playing up so bought the st.
This is the old one.

Don`t do too many miles so mpg is not that much of a issue smile

Did you keep the old one for spares or scrap it in the end?
