Tracking Down a Car

I hope someone can help. I'm trying to find out details of a car that I've seen.
It is not produced by any of the major marques - though I don't believe it's a kit car either. I think it is a low volume production car, made somewhere in Sussex, though I'm not certain.
The car itself is dificult to describe, but is very distinctive. It seems to come in only one colour style - that is (two-tone) white and blue/grey. All the cars I've seen were registered in the last 10 years or so.
Sorry I can't be more descriptive than that. Any ideas?
