Just thought i'd jump on the bandwagon and post up a few pics..
A brief spec:

Pectel management.
Forged internals.
Lightened and balanced bottom end.
Ported and polished head.
Anti-lag.
Hybrid turbo.
Piper cam.
Alloy radiator and intercooler.
Stainless steel straight through exhaust.
Quaife gearbox.
Ap clutch.
Gp.A driveshafts.
Koni adjustable suspension.
Poly bushes.
300mm drilled and grooved discs.
Redstuff pads.
301 bhp at 22 psi on dyno.
As theres plenty i've forgot please don't be afraid to ask!
Torque steer really isn't as bad as made out, not too sure how it would cope on a public road though as it's no more than a track toy these days.
As for the engine, a nightmare at low speeds. Between the engine, gearbox, clutch and suspension it's an absolute pig to drive below 40 or 50mph, but a right laugh to take out on track. I'm currently looking for an s1 turbo as a road car but they seem had to come by over here.

301bhp out of a CVH? Didn't think it was possible! Impressive.
A lot of English cars are running even bigger power than this, still using the 1600cvh. The power is enough for me as I have enough trouble already, with pistons melting, turbo exploding etc.. I don't know how they do it Gassing Station | Readers' Cars | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
