I simply adore this car. At the moment, I cant really think of another rear end that makes me tick like this one does. E36 M3 and the 8 Series are my perfect BMWs.

Yeah, that was my only worry buying it but it hasn't been anywhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be. I've covered 160 miles this weekend and not even used half a tank yet which is pretty good considering whats under the bonnet!

It is a 20 gallon tank though IIRC. Still a very nice motor thumbup

Yep, 90 litres to fill it from empty, will probably be a regular at the petrol station now. Still really happy with, the sound when you floor it is quite something, can cruise along barely making a noise then it's like thunder, not quite as good as TVR's et all but still pretty good, everyone turns round to see whats making all the noise.

Lovely!

I'm pleased to see BMW made 2 castings for the asymetrical wheels, many manufacturers never bothered and one side always looks silly.

However, I think you've got yours on the wrong sides, I'd swap em over. Trailing spokes, not leading.

Now you mention it they do look the wrong way round, I'll do some investigating!
