Just picked up an MY01 S3 as a new daily driver. Excuse the pics, took them out on site, so a bit dusty and dirty around the edges.

Remus exhaust, CAI, eibach springs Yoko Advan tyres. Apart from the pretty stock.

Nice, at least you got the facelift version thumbup ... had one some time back and it was a solid motor... has it got the leather/alcantara or full leather?

Full leather.

Yeah, 210 rather than 225, but Haldex and chip are being fitted soon so doesn't really matter either way. Pretty happy. Step up from the old 318is.

Cheers, already a member

Pretty happy with it. Took it for a nice spin yesterday. Good fun. Haven't pushed it hard enough yet. None of that terminal understeer I've heard so much about.

But got it as an all rounder, not a track car so happy enough

aha - I'll have to keep an eye out for you on a.s-net smile

I've had mine for a little bit under a year now (upgraded from a A3) and apart from a few teething issues i'd agree that they are a very good all rounder.
