Hi Guys,

Just joined today after loitering for a few months. Here's some pics of my 318is that I've had since march '07. I know its not to everyones tastes but it keeps me entertained.

Some good photography there. You've obviously looked after that and it is a very nice example.

Rather like that. How do these compare to the E30 M3?

I like that. Looks to be in good condition too. Are the mods just cosmetic, or have you done anything else?

Well they are known to some as the 'poor mans M3' and I would agree. Its a buzzy little 4 pot. I prefer it to my 2 previous 325's as it changes direction much better, steering response is sooo much more positive.

As far as mods, I have fitted:
- Spax adjustable shock absorbers & matching springs
- Polyurethane M3 eccentric front control arm bushes
- Replaced all suspension mountings & bushes
- Pagid fast road pads
- Z3 1.9 gear lever
- Replaced many standard parts for new

And overhauled the engines valvetrain

etc etc

Now that is a cool car. it looks really clean. i love the dish on the wheels, i bet it handles really well. i own a lighty modded e36 323 and i love it, but i feel like i missed out by not owning a e30.
