These are the cars that live with my dad, brother and myself. Unfortunately none of them belong to me.

This is the trophy car. It only really moves if its guaranteed to be sunny and dry all day.
It was one of the last 993 Turbos to be made and its one of the X50 factory upgraded ones. As far as I remember its got about 25K miles on the clock.

This is my dads weekend toy. Its been rolling roaded at 247 bhp so its a lot of fun, but its also very well looked after.

Here it is again with his previous Carrera 2S.

Here we have his every day car. Although, I think this might be making way for an ST220 quite soon.

This is my brothers Leon Cupra R. Its had a few modifications and now sits at about 270bhp, and rolls on these 18" BBS CHs.

The Leon will be leaving us very soon though as he has just purchased a very clean example of an Impreza WR1.

Last but not least, the Honda Accord. The family run about.

Air-cooled 993's. cloud9 I would take one over a 997 anyday.

Looks so good in that three-quarter frontal shot. The shape of the car seems just perfectly evolved.

Is that colour called 'polar silver' BTW?

You star. That is one of my absolute all time favourite cars ever.

About 2 years ago another kind PH'er was kind enough to let me sit in on a run in his similary mint Grand Prix white X50. It was an astonishing car - I'd say the most all round compentent car I've ever been in. Quiet and comfortable, yet with incredible torque and pickup, it seemed to accelerate relentlessly. And such grip!

The 993's seem to be the 911 to have these days. The last ones with proper character. Yeah, its polar silver.

So true. The only 911 I would have over the 993 Turbo would be the 993 GT2.
To be honest, i don't think i've ever seen a white turbo in the flesh. I bet it would look stunning.
I'm afraid my dad doesn't use the car to its full potential when he drives it (not that i blame him). So i've never felt all 450 ponies booting me up the arse, but the acceleration i have felt was quite impressive.

No. Its getting some paintwork done to the front end in a week or two, then it'll be going up for sale.

Yeah, they have a little deal worked out between them.
Clark has a bit of a problem trying to fit the cars in though. He's a bit busy at work and struggles to find time to look after his own car properly.

I can imagine! I read his write-ups on DW and he seems to be doing hard jobs all the time.

What? they are two different things.

If its "dyno'd" then the engine has been removed and the bhp has been measured at the flywheel. If its been "rolling roaded" its been measured at the wheels on a rolling road.
