Hi
Here are a couple of picks fo my work in progress
Fiat Marea Weekend
2ltr 20 valve with a sting in its tail

Supercharged? What kind of power do you think it's putting out now?

I've seen that car around (I live in Shrewsbury and work in Wem) it looked a bit more of a sleeper before the respray.

184 on the rollers, but now have a dastek chip so should be over 200bhp, over 250 with the nitrous,
I might do it all yellow in the summer

Weren't these 170bhp as standard?

Is that Belvedere in the background of the pictures?

Would've been nice as a sleeper, but looks horrible as it is. Might jsut be the angle, but the offset looks wrong and the front track appears to be bigger

147bhp standard, no not Belvedere, Copthorne

track is 50mm wider at the back

Wouldn't it have been easier, cheaper, and probably more tunable to put in the 20v turbo lump from the coop?
Interesting project all the same smile

total cost of the conversion, about £400
coupe conversion's been done to death, i wanted to try something different

just for the coupe engine, no turbo, manifold etc £700-800

duno were you get £400 from

sorry, i didnt make myself very clear, £400 was the cost of fitting the charger and nitrous to my car,

or right sorry, quite suprising the engine takes the strain without forged parts

Thse engines can take 250bhp without to much trouble

Did you have to muck about with the ECU afterwards?
How did you know it'd fit?
How did you know it'd be a good 'un as £100 seems cheap?
How long did it take?
