I want one of these. I was promised a test drive when we bought our new Fabia, but they sold the only one they had before we picked up the new one.

I think there wont be many of these on the used market until the new one comes out, but when I looked, the classifieds had some nice ones.

It sold quite well considering it was one of the first diesel warm hatches. Nice cars and better than the Polo GT imo. I do think the dealer was a bit mean to promise you a test drive and then not fulfill it though HCH hehe

Ahem. 306 DTurbo beat it by about 10 years in the warm stakes, although I'd consider the Fabia more simmering than warm. wink

Only car i've had that I regret selling. Ah well the old mans got it now, so can borrow it every now and again.

ive not ever seen a red flabby vrs, looks very nice! see all too many in black. Ive been impressed by one of these before, couldnt keep up but did a WAAY better job than i thought it would. Not sure id have one myself purely because it doesnt fit in with my needs but if i were in the market for a hatch it'd be well up there on my list! should you need any information on it have a look at a skoda web site called briskoda.net, very helpful guys and they've saved me alot of money over the time ive had the octy in identifying issues that cost £30 to fix where a dealer would of charged easily £100!

happy motoring!

Very nice. I'm really sorry to have let mine go as I loved every minute of it. Mine was a nice yellow with black wheels and the must have remap. Have considered another recently too.

Yes but 10 years ago most petrol hot hatches had 150hp, now they have 250.

It's all relative.

Yes, but.... the Torque figures are even greater now, Diesels i'd say are more about the torque than the BHP figure.
