Well I joined a while ago and have stuck a few posts up, but not really said hello at all! So I thought I would do so and put up a couple photos while I'm at it!
My old ibiza gti which I had at a couple of track nights last year at knockhill which was great fun, though I probably was the slowest thing on track!
My civic which I've now had for a few months and is fantastic fun.
A photo of it with my friends 182. I really need a better camera though
So hello everyone, I'm hoping get to knockhill sometime soon with the civic, and now the weather is getting a little better hopefully at least get a proper drive soon!

I'll look and see what's happening with the SIDC track days.
My ibiza was a 2.0 8V. I had it maybe slightly over a year, and things that broke were clutch, a driveshaft joint, it needed new discs and pads for its mot, and I was having some ignition problems latterly, it would occasionally just cut out now and then while driving!
If I didn't have to rely on it I'd have loved to keep it despite all this though. It's just a bit more unusual than a golf really, and wasn't too bad for general running costs. The driveshaft and doing the timing belt(8V) were about £80 each at a garage, all brakes at once was the worst. If you can do a bit of DIY it shouldn't be too bad at all
