Very nice. You don't see the early ones often. I think they rusted away due to rust traps, salt and aluminium/steel chemistry. I did see one very similar to this at Bedgebury near Tunbridge Wells last summer.
Have you had it professionally Waxoyled? Might be an idea if not to preserve it.

Looks fantastic - I had an '85 one in a slightly darker (non-original) colour. Sounds fantastic. Mine had a very rudimentary a/c (which was nice, as we were in Kenya!)
What surprised me about it was how relatively underpowered it felt - the carb'd version of the V8 only produces something like 120bhp.
Lovely car - enjoy it.

My dad had one almost exacly the same as that one, His pride and joy. Just before he died he gave it to me, once he asked me if I could feel the power from the engine?!............yeah right Dad, (I was driving a 1970 Mustang fastback at the time!
Range Rover......Sluggish, oversized rubbish............I didn't have it long before I sold it and bought a Lotus.

just got it..bought from its original owner, a retired dr...bought purely to scratch an itch, iv wanted one since i was a kid, then to sell on to free up funds for my coupe fiat....that said, if it doesnt make what it should on ebay, il be keeping it..im unlikely to find another one like it...
