That really is nice. Until very recently I was toying with the idea of buying a bus to restore for family outings. I have very fond memories of trips to Newquay in an Uncles as a kid and my first car was a bug so have a love for all things air cooled. Getting expensive though and with a new job and house looming soon another luxury will have to wait a while frown

That's fantastic, he's obviously done an amazing job on it

I'd love a bus but with the Elise, my Mondeo and my other half's new Fiat 500 on the way we just don't have space for another vehicle frown

Simply awesome. I've always wanted one. My old man would go weak at the knees looking at that.

That looks awesome, how much would one of these restorations cost?

Hmmmm split screen! Could never afford one, had to make do with a bay window.

Always nice to have a cup of tea when you are waiting for the AA...

I'd guess that van is worth upwards of £15k, resto costs would depend on how rough the base vehicle was.

Not so sure about that mate, I do appreciate what he's done but really doesn't do anything for me

Overdone it with all the VW emblems, otherwise a classy job.
