Few bits still to do before the first race in March, such as find out why the lights, rev counter and wipers have stopped working!

Hope you like it!

thanks, yes its got to run on twin HS4 SU carbs as per series regs. Twin webers would be nice though!

You're doing MGCC Cockshoot Cup then.
I may be at Donnigton on the 24th at the opener.

Hope you have a good season. Don't do what I did. I'll be ready mid season with the new car I think.

Yeh we are, have you done them before? The cars an ex John Hewitt one so should be fully sorted hopefully!!
The first round at Donnington will also be my first race as well. Dad (ex British Formula Ford winner) will be out in it at a few rounds as well.
So we'll see how it goes i guess!

looks nice, hope you get the problems sorted on it and you have a good first race. how has the back suspension been sorted? iv got GAZ adjustable shocks for the front of mine with uprated springs but not sure how to improve the rear. im not sure of the regs for racing (dont know if you had to keep the leaf springs)

Yeh all the problems have been sorted out now thankfully (joys of being a student is plenty of free time!!) Suspension wise we had to keep the leaf springs, but dampers and spring rates are free. What we've done is keep the original casing but replaced them with the BMC uprated internals and got id of the rear anti roll bar. Unfortunatly as per class regs thats all thats allowed. Class A cars can be turreted etc if i remember rightly.
