After months of waiting, my Honda S2000 GT has finally arrived. Can't praise this car enough. Drove out of the garage thinking a bit that it looked fantastic and quite quick, but why did I go for this particular car again - then I went round a corner . Demands attention though, certainly a very frisky little car.

Really trying to keep the revs down (below 6k) for the first few hundred miles, but it is soooooooo difficult. This must be the best sounding 4 cylinder engine ever - and even staying within the sensible region, it's pretty fast.

Should have it run in by the end of the week though so VTEC will be unleashed.

I've always had semi-decent cars in the past - and have driven some proper sports cars. This really does compare to the best. Can't praise it enough. OK, the CD changer fills the boot, and there's nowhere to put anything in the cabin, but who cares. Nobody needs practicality in their daily driver do they .

Only one thing left to do:-

Edited as the s2ki site obviously doesn't like people linking to its gifs

No worries. Already very much booked in for PH6.

Just done a quick lap of the peak district to remind myself just how lucky we all are to live up here.

I got mine at the end of March. What a great car. Done about 5000 miles, 2000 round Europe. It just gets better and better. Build quality is fantastic too and whilst not in the same performance league as the Griffith 500 it replaced I'm still well chuffed with my choice.

I'm 500 miles up now. Another 100 and we hit 9000 revs - a lot
