The last Dyno session saw 769bhp/644ft-lb but more is available & the engine is being rebuilt with a few tweakes & will return to the Dyno in early 2008. These figures are without the aid of Nitrous so you need to add circa 240bhp to the Dyno figures to get an idea of the potential horsepower

200+ mph in a car made in Basildon about 20 years ago, that's just incredible!
More so, 769hp from a 2.1 litre engine. That's nearly 380hp/litre. What are F1 cars these days? They're NA I know but surely they can't be much more than that.
I used MAD way back when for my saphire cossie as when they did the magazine feature he had made the lowest power claim (so most realistic) and yet the car proved to be the fastest car.
Therefore I have mixed fealings about your car, on one hand I want to say '700+bhp from a cossie! in your dreams' but in the other I know that Mark wouldn't bush1t.
So you car must be bloody awsome, you using Autronic traction control etc?
