On that vehicle though,

There was a 911 for sale in AT just the other week but try as I might couldn't make it on that car

i know the colour is an aquired taste! it came off an old german paint chart think they used it on tractors or somthing agricultural,the idea was to build a retro looking truck it goes down well with vw enthusiasts it took 15 trophies the first year i showed it all first place + a few best in show although i show it it still gets driven hard esp now with the valver in it.

you know you will get better fuel consumption & less drag if you put the proper tailgate back on...was watching it on MythBustersnerd

tailgates on mate thats an old pic the og one was nacked picked one up off the bay for £19 needed some work looks good now they fetch big bucks in good cond.theres a pic on this thread with the tailgate on.

its finished...yep it runs battery behind dash wires in chassis leg -peddle box- 2 master cylinders- no servo- reservoirs hidden- washer bottle hidden -header on rear of head- coil on block-pug rad under slam panel...etc etc.
