Been working hard on the little beastie.

Should be running about 170bhpish when its finished. Still has Brembos and OZ Superturismos in anthracite to go on, as well as a lagged decat.

Been fitting the FMIC today, I know its not 100% central but I am yet to hook up one side of the pipework, then I will center it.

What kind of performance does 170hp get you in one of these? I'm thinking 1/4's and 0-60?

Not my cup of tea at all I'm afraid, but thanks for sharing the pics. I'd have kept the bodywork standard and made it a real Q-ship. The front end is just too maxpower for me.

Keep the intercooler discreet & get some kind of grille to protect it rather than it being fully exposed like that, I just get the feeling a massive brick could come flying up & do some serious damage.

Nice idea with the lickle bonnet vent for the induction kit but the heat in the engine bay cancel it out?

Should be 6's I would imagine and around high 14s/low 15s 1/4s. I have done a 15.1 before a lot more modifications so I am not 100% sure.

The bodykit is a standard one. Its the rare abarth kit and you wont see many Punto GTs with it. I went out of my way to get hold of an original Fiat plastic kit rather than the fiberglass copies as well.

Not sure if I will fit mesh to the front yet, I havent decided.

As for the bonnet vent I am sure that it will make a very worthwhile difference. Especially as a lot of the air going into the engine bay is now diverted due to the fmic fitment.

Cool.

I would leave the meshing, looks better without. Most aftermarket meshing looks a bit tacky IMO.

don't worry about the meshing, i ran a 200sx with a FMIC for a couple of years and never had any problems.
