Hi all, was just browsing through and saw the previous posting by Gruppe1875. Inspired me to finally put my cars up but can't work out how to stick the pic on here so please follow the links

The Mk1 - Helios Blue, on Brock B5's, 90mm drop on fully adjustables, Mk2 sump and oil pump, polished / ported head, fast cam, decent exhaust, now with German plates and single headlamp grille, ready for another 100k miles(subject to the sun being out of course)

Cheers Sporting Bear, all mods are reversable (barring the engine internals) on the basis that its a very solid Campaign model and if I ever decide to sell it then it will fetch more as a standard Campaign then a lightly modded one

Agreed, but if you put my Helios next to another it looks sooooo different for some reason, but thats one of the reasons why I love it so much :-)

There are four shades of 'LA5Y - Helios Blue Metallic', some really quite blue, others very purple, mine's quite dark like yours. Had to paint match mine when i resprayed the engine bay.

The pictures don't show the true colour of mine as it sways towards the purple end on LA5Y
As soon as it stops raining i'll get some recent pics sorted as its on single headlamp grille and chrome wiper arms since these pics were taken plus I think its lower now

mk1 look cool, the mk4 looks good too except that black thing on the bonnet.
