Thanks for the welcome. Don't know if your going to like the specs of my car but here goes. Running a small block chevy 350ci (5.7ltr) rebuilt to standard spec(bar a high pressure oil pump, Edelbrock performer inlet manifold and a 650cfm Holley)as car was built on a very tight budget. Car started life as a Lemans model, swapped front end to GTO spec. Removed front indicators, frenched front numberplate (pops out by remote control)removed side lights, vent at rear of hood, handles, locks, mirrors and roof gutters, welded rear bumper onto body. Then got a local paint shop to paint her in peppermint green (1970s Ford Colour, straight out of the tin so easy to fix if I have a bump)
Speed bumps not a problem due to these...
Which let her do this...
I know it's a bit weired having hydraulics in a muscle car but I wanted her to be as low as possible but still be able to use her. I also wanted her to be as smooth as possible, hence all the body mods a few people have thought the car is fibreglass but she's all steel. Future plans are to change the wheels and fit a big block Pontiac engine but as I say money is very tight, so we will have to see, having to much fun driving her as she is.
Have owned her for Twenty years but blew the original engine up in 1988 so she came off the road for a rebuild then I bought a house and started a family so she sat for years with very little done to her, only realy worked on her properly for the last couple of years and have only just got her on the road. If you can be bothered you can see the full build up here...

I know the purists will frown on what I have done to her but she's not a real GTO plus she was bought as a £200 wreck and I love her and the reaction she gets out on the road.
