Hi all, I've just joined the forum and thought you may like to see my car. It's a 1990 Porsche 944 S2 in a very rare turquoise colour with navy and cream leather interior. I haven't done any engine mods yet, but I have de-cated it. Body mods include the front splitter, 18" Krone split-rim alloys, clear indicators front and rear and it's just back from having a full respray. The interior should be the next thing I tackle, as it's looking a little bit worn against the new paint job.

Nice to chat to you all and any comments, (good, bad or indifferent) are welcome. byebye

Thats lovely, looked at a lot of 944's before buying my Corrado - couldn't believe how many ropey ones there were - nice to see a really clean example

Hi Oli,
yeah, it's me! I've been looking around Piston Heads for some time now, but have only just bothered to sign up!

All the best, Porsche Addict, a.k.a., CTiggerPigglet, a.k.a., Kev.

CTiggerPiglet (I can never think of you as 'Kev')

Enjoy poking around on here. It's less Porsche-focussed (and there is very little 944 focus at all), but it is good for general motoring chat and observation. (I still use the PCGB site and Titanic list for my hard-core 944 fix!)

Blimey! S2 big in the foreground, and he catches sight of a ropey old mini in the background and takes more interest in that!

You're the sort of guy who goes to a U2 concert to listen to the support act, aren't you? tongue out

Horses for courses old chap. biggrin

Without doubt, the S2 is nice. Not for me, but very nice. However, the mini is interesting, to me. Not going to apologise for engaging the OP in conversation.

U2? nah.

Yeah, that's my 1st car in the background. (I've never had conventinal cars) I did start to restore it, but it never got to the re-paint stage & eventualy it ended up out of the bodyshop and in my front garden. I don't think I will ever get it back on the road. I'll most proberbly break it as the parts are worth more than the complete car as it stands.

If I've got any spare cash/time to spend on cars, I'd rather spend it on my Porsche.
