Hi new member from the warrington area, this is my car:

Its a 99 ford focus 1.8 Zetec which is awesome as for the age has some great extras such as a/c cd player, heated windscreens (front and rear), alloys etc.

Love to hear your comments or suggestions for any tips on how to make it a bit more individual such as new lights/alloys etc etc

Thanks, AL

Its a nice looking Focus you have their, but if you want to make a bit more individual, i would suggest you changed the back lights and replaced the engine...with a v6, it would certainly sound better and go quicker. You could also lower it if you wanted to,though could affect the handling.

The 2.5 v6 from the Mondeo ST200 will 'just about' fit in there with a little bit of pushing and shoving wink

As for 'individual' touches - DON'T do anything tasteless like fitting a garish bodykit or ridiculously big chrome wheels. Subtle touches are the way forward. Colour code the side rubbing strips and boot handle, a set of Eibach lowering springs (available from Ford) to bring the 4x4 ride height down a touch and firm the handling up a touch and then any 'Collection' (special edition Ford optional bits) you can get your hands on - front bumper, sideskirts, rear bumper and upper grilles will make the car rather impressive!

The Focus is a lot of car for not a lot of money! Nothing particularly exciting out of the box but a few minor touches can make them quite interesting runners!
