Had it a week now. It's absolutely fantastic and I love it!
It's a totally standard car with fully loaded spec. I can't get over how smooth and comfy it is, until you bury the accelerator when it becomes a rabid, snarling animal.
In the pipeline are new discs all round with Mintex pads, a Superchip and possibly a very slightly fruitier exhaust. The V6 sounds so good.

Yeah, I suppose it isn't really that powerful but coming from a diesel Rover it seems to go like a scalded whippet. It probably has similar performance to many hot hatches but the engine feels so special. It pulls really smoothly from idle and together with the silky ride it's lovely to drive without having to go mental.
A friend of mine has just bought a Carolla
