Hi, new to the site. Thought post couple pics of my '91 Integrale Evo. Oily bits running well (famous last words), needs bit of cosmetic. Next up refurb the alloys.

That must be a real hoot! They caused a hell of a stir when they first came out. Shame that Lancia lost its way and presence in the UK. Nice one for something different.

Cheers for comments, appreciated. Goes well, esp off roundabouts!

Heard various rumours that Lancia maybe on way back but Fiat never seems to know how to place its various brands - current & historic Lancia's seem to have a luxury slant (with exception of little Y10). I'd like to see any new Delta / Integrale back in rallying. As Fiat seem quiet on racing front who knows....

Owned a 16v for about five years. It was high mile import from Germany, yet despite the reputation for fragility it was easily the most reliable car I'd owned until very recently!! Use it regularly, maintain it well and enjoy smile

Still regret selling mine... frown

Cheers.

Nice one 99t always fancied a 16v, especially trad red with standard black alloys. What did you trade it in for? Haven't read your profile.

Despite having plenty of history they're still eye wateringly expensive whenever they need attention. Trick is to keep on top of it.

Well, I got a bit bored of all that grip and speed eek and so I changed from this:

to this:

before deciding I missed the speed and handling banghead and changed to these:

Before going back to my first love of trusty (or should that just be rusty) old Saabs....

That 'Stang is quality.

Not sure how the 'Grale would get on against newer hatches - oddly chance to try has never come up. Remember seeing them test a 16v on Fifth Gear against something recent, didn't come out very well though.

Thanks smile

I don't think the Integrale would be embarrassed by a modern hot hatch on real roads, especially in unpredictable conditions.

Sure there is quicker stuff in a straight line, and things that will pull more G's on smooth dry tarmac, but I'd still take my old 16v over my RS for getting from A-B in the shortest time (and with the fewest white knuckles!!) via some of the country lanes around here on a rainy day...

Missed the test against something recent, but I do remember 5th Gear testing one against an E30 M3 around Anglesey race circuit. They're not really a track car in standard form - too much understeer, especially around tight corners like Anglesey, so not at all surprised the M3 won that one.

Cheers. Vs moderns mate of mine has a modded new Focus ST, reckon that'd be as good a test as anything at the 'mo.
