Lookin mighty clean there smile

Mind if I ask how the ownership experience has been? The MG's have a reputation for being quick but unreliable, but I always trust an owners experience more than reputation.

I always liked the look of these, one of my collwgues has a ZS Diesel with the 180 kit on it in metallic Blue, it looks really smart.

I still cant believe that Rover went bust when they could still turn out decent looking cars like this, I know some consider that they used old technology but you have to admit the MG's still looked damn good with a sharp suit on!

Nice car, love the vents in the front wings!

thanks mate, i like to keep it clean! as for problems, ive had her for a year and nothing yet (touch wood). they do suffer from sticking inlet valves (VIS) which kills the performance but that is down to poor design rather than failing components. it is quick but not as quick as i thought a 2.5 would be in such a (relatively) compact car. it needs more low down torque TBH. cant fault the handling though. MG worked wonders with the old 45.

Like it alot thumbup

I've always liked the 180, I think they are a bargain too! would have one myself but I couldn't afford to run it, can only just manage to run 4 cylinders and half a litre less!
