Yet another newbie

Hi all.

Thought i would post a link to my baby (can't work how to post pics yet). Hope ya like um.

Pics where taken a few days after buying it. Upgradeitis didn't take long and have now fitted 13" Minilites, shod with Toyo 888R's and Black cycle wings.

Looks good. Minilights are always good on any seven type car.

Have you been to any of the Westfield club meets in it yet?

Have been to a meeting in Essex but not in the car. Right friendly bunch of people. Have to keep it at parents gaff at the moment until i can get a garage to put it in, hopefully in the next month or so.

Don't really get to use it a lot at the moment as they live about 45miles away. But this one was too good for the money to miss the opportunity of buying it.

Had a good Blat in it yesterday though and came home with a red face and arms LOL.

Really like the car, good spec by the sounds of it and I really like the Jag red

6 spokes look really good on it too, can't see the pic with the minilites on it though

Looks much more purposeful with the minilites on! Probably rides alot better with a couple more inches of rubber under each wheel too.

What engine is it?

Totally transformed the ride, no more crashing and banging and handles so much better. And looks a lot better IMHO.

Engine is bored and tuned X-Flow. Specs can be seen on the site that i linked to in my first post.

Quick enough for me at the moment as the car weighs nothing. Rolling Roaded at 134bhp.

i actually spent a good half hour earlier this afternoon chatting to the owner of, and taking pics of a rather amazing Honda Blackbird bike engined Westie!
hope the turning circle on yours is better than the one on the chap i was chatting to's car!

Turning circle.............whats that then? LOL. If you had to do a driving test in one they would have to make provision for a ten point turn.

I had one exactly like that ah brings back fond memories. Turning circle? quick pull of the handbrake will get that back end round no problem.

Nice westy.
Bought one myself recently,1992 narrow body with an xr3 engine getting a set of 13" minators as soon as GP gets them in. Previous owner put 16's on for some strange reason.

I've got minators on my westfield, I'm really pleased with them.

The pre-lit does look really good with those deep dished minilights.
