Hi guys, I'm new here so thought I'd post up a pic of my car.

This is my first 'proper' car after owning a Polo, a Clio and a Colt. None of which I really liked!

Finally got something I enjoy driving though:



It's only a 1.6 16v but I'm 19 and insurance means I can't get anything bigger. It's got a few small tweaks such as -35mm eibach springs, 17" wolfrace urban racer wheels, 3.5" s/s piper catback exhaust system with outwardly rolled tailpipe, k&n panel filter, 2.0l air deflector, st170 airbox and st170 snorkel, and the rest are just a few subtle interior and exterior modifications such as colour-coding and OEM+ upgrades etc.

I'm thinking about getting a b&m short shifter, de-catting and possibly bluefin (although the gains are nothing special on the 1.6) but am most likely to just save the money and put it towards my next car, a Civic Type-R JDM EP3 in white...

Wished I could afford something like that (Focus) when I was 19. Only then it might have been an Escort, or the new all modern bubble shape Sierra !

Haha! I managed to pick it up for £3,400 which I think is pretty reasonable. It's old (99) but had only done 60k which is well below average for age.

I think it's only worth about £2,500ish now though.
