Hi all,

Been waiting for this car since Jan and it turned up right at the end of April. I absolutely love it and would recommend the driving experience to anyone who loves 'the thrill of driving' as Evo Magazine puts it!

Opinions welcome!

Looks good, although I don't think i'll ever like those graphics on the bumper. Do you have any plans for it or are you just enjoying it as Renault intended.

Like the charcoal grey alloys. Bet its quick.

Wonder if Renault will be launching another F1 related car any time soon what with their current F1 performance.

Nee bad lad but why fold your mirrors do you not want to see anything coming from behind and I also would have opted out of the graphics option.

Still nice looking motor just a get a decent exhaust and re-map and off you go.

Your joking, right?

Loads of cars nowadays have mirrors which automatically fold in when the car is parked to avoid them being clipped by other drivers.

I understand auto folding mirrors just thought it a bit odd to use this function when you are taking a picture of your car.

Hope that clarifys for you.

Oh right, musta missed the bit in your original post mentioning that, I thoubht your point was just about seeing things from behind.

Ah well.

Either way nice car.

D17EEE,

You'd have me in a straight line but the moment the road gets twisty I reckon it would be close! The LSD in the Megane is superb, just as you think your about to enter understeer city, the diff kicks in and pretty much catapults you through the bend with no fuss whatsoever!

Is the VXR standard or has it been tweaked at all? Love the colour btw!

Yup. I always thought the new Megane (in 3 door form) was a good looking car, the Tean R26 just brings out the brute in it.

Gorgeous car After the Integra Type-R, that's the hot hatch I'd go for based on everything except actually driving the things.

There's the R27 Clio. Not sure if it's "F1 inspired" or whatever bollox they like to come out with, but it's basically the new Cup chassis with graphics

Gone for Ultra blue with all the decals. Wasn't sure about the stickers but I figured if you're going to have an F1 you may as well let people know!!

Really looking forward to it!
